Service Description

We tend to hold physical, emotional, or spiritual trauma in our womb space. This blend is to help you reconnect your energies while grounding and creating stability in trust. This blend is ideal for starting a new relationship, trauma and surgeries. ***It is recommended to wait 3 months to 6 months after a uterine, bladder or vaginal surgery before steaming. It is also recommended to do a short session of maximum 15 minutes, the area may still very sensitive and extra care is needed.  Includes ~ full length black tulle skirt ~ 30 min Root/Hip massage and stretch ~ 15-20 min steam ~ choice of mirror work, journaling, or adult coloring
